All employment taxes are paid and all employees are covered under workman’s compensation if one of our employees are hurt on the job. This ensures that our clients can have peace of mind knowing that they are not liable for any accidents or injuries that may occur during the cleaning process. We offer personalized cleaning services for homes and offices, available on a daily, weekly, bi-weekly, every 3 weeks, or monthly basis. Each cleaning plan is tailored to meet the specific needs of our customers, with a guarantee of high-quality work.

We provide free estimates for our services, which can be done in-home, over the phone, or in writing. These estimates come with no obligation. To receive a written estimate, simply visit the "estimate" tab on our website and fill out the form. • Ecolab High Performance Neutral Floor Cleaner: Used on all floors.

• Ecolab Bio-Enzymatic Odor Eliminator: Used to eliminate pets and trash odors.

• Ecolab Heavy Duty Citrus Degreaser: Degreaser used mostly on kitchen counters.

• Ecolab Ammonia-Free Pro Glass Cleaner and Multi-Surface Cleaner: used on glass surfaces.

You do not need to be home while we clean, as long as you provide a way for us to access your home. However, if it would make you more comfortable, you are welcome to stay and observe our work. Our house cleaning staff are trustworthy and friendly, but they do have a set schedule, so please give them the space they need to complete their tasks efficiently.

There are many ways you can let our professionals into your house. You can provide us with a temporary access code for your home security system, if you have one. This way, our crew can easily enter and exit your home without the need for physical keys. Rest assured that we take the security and privacy of your home seriously, and will only use the access code for the purpose of cleaning your home during scheduled appointments. You could leave a key hidden near your front door with instructions on where to find it, such as under the mat, or in the planter.

If you have any concerns or specific instructions regarding how our crew should access your home, please don't hesitate to communicate them to us. We want to make sure that you feel comfortable and confident in allowing us into your space. Our goal is to provide you with a clean and welcoming home, while also respecting your privacy and security at all times. Thank you for entrusting us with the care of your home.

In order to accommodate rescheduling or cancellations, we kindly request a 48-hour notice. A fee of $50.00 will be applied for cancellations or lockouts without prior notice. If you are feeling unwell on your scheduled cleaning day, please contact our office by 8am. We will make every effort to reschedule your cleaning for the same week. For the safety of our staff and your family, we ask that you refrain from scheduling a cleaning if anyone in your household is experiencing flu-like symptoms. Remember, it is important to prioritize the health and well-being of everyone in your home.

Thank you for choosing our cleaning service! In order to ensure a smooth and efficient cleaning process, please follow these simple steps before our arrival:

1. Make sure your home is accessible to our cleaning staff. Providing a key or access code is the best way to ensure we can get in without any issues. Please note that a fee will be charged if we are unable to access your home, so be sure to make arrangements in advance.

2. If you have an alarm system, please remember to turn it off before our arrival. If you choose to leave the alarm on and have us disarm it, please be aware that we will not be held responsible for any false alarms or misuse of the system.

3. Prepare your home by picking up any clutter and ensuring that it is ready to be cleaned. This will help us avoid any additional charges and allow us to focus on providing you with the best service possible.

4. Safeguard your valuables by putting them away before we arrive. While we take every precaution to avoid accidents, we offer limited liability protection for valuable items such as antiques or irreplaceable items.

We offer multiple convenient payment options for our services. You can choose to pay with a check, or credit card such as American Express, Mastercard/Visa, or pay online.

If you prefer to pay by check, simply leave it with us at the office, hand to our cleaning crew, or on your kitchen table for our cleaning crew to pick up. For credit card payments, we will securely take your card number and charge the amount after the service is completed. We have also added the option to make payments online for added convenience.
